It was a Kabbaddi song for Kalpana 2 Kannada film at a spacious playground in Malleshwaram play ground. Supe star Upendra in blue T shirt and Short with knee cap was all set to beat the clad in red costume. A typical song was also shot in dance director Kalai Kumar support by director of the film Anantha Raju. Producer Soundaraya Jagadish visited the spot of this film made by Dr KM Rajendra of ‘Kalla Police’ fame with Shilpa Srinivas support.

It was a minor sprain, but none theless gave anxious moments to the crew on the sets. Upendra, while shooting for his new film Kalpana 2.  Upendra and several co-stars were playing a game of kabaddi when Upendra sprained his leg. After a brief break, Upendra was back for the shooting.
 
‘Kalpana 2’ a sequel in Kannada starring Upendra, Priyamani and Avanthika Shetty of Rangi Taranga is a remake of ‘Kanchaana 2’ Tamil super hit film while the first of the two was made in Kannada by late director Ramnarayan of 125 films. Upendra, Shruthi, Lakshmi Rai, Umasri starred in the horror mixed film.

 In the sequel of the same name Priyamani, national award winning actress, Avanthika Shetty is another heroine.
